If I wasn’t so lazy, my blog would have been overflowing with posts by now. Instead, all I have are remnants of sporadic bursts of literary frenzy. There have been so many occassions on which I would have been thinking of writing on a topic, only for that topic to come into the media limelight by some way or the other! That does kind of put me off, as I generally do not prefer reactive writing (but sometimes I do to dispel myths and wrong facts). Sure, my perspective on the issue may be different enough to merit an article, but here’s where the laziness kicks in. Why waste time and energy writing about something that has been sucked dry, and beaten to a wordy pulp? Its the old psychological feeling of having been pipped to the post. Now thats what I call a wonderful pretence for laziness! Anyway, I intend to correct this anomaly with a flurry of articles. Overcompensation? No, its long due.
